1. CREW WAGES
There are 4 ( four ) categories:
- ILO ( International Labor Organization ) Standard
- Indonesian Seaman’s Union Standard
- Total Crew Cost ITF Standard
- Your Own Company Standard
2. COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT AND INDIVIDUAL WORKING CONTRACT:
Collective Bargaining Agreement ( CBA ) between Foreign Ship Owner and PT. SEAFARINDO Crew Manning / Crewing Agency. The Foreign Ship Owner who would like to employ Indonesian Crew should make and sign the CBA, which contains the Standard Individual Working Contract and other regulations, compensation, insurance, etc.
